Owning a home as a student in school could save you thousands of dollars down the road. I did this very thing while I was in school. I made these particular assumptions very conservative.
Having a part-time job that doesn’t pay much and isn’t an ideal solution to financial stability, so students should keep an open mind with other money-making endeavors. Granted, money-saved might not seem like money-earned, however, it all leads to the same road eventually.
